In addition to describing our new offerings, the article gives a detailed rundown of the National Cancer Institute’s SmokefreeTXT initiative, which provides personalized text message support for smokers trying to quit. And it goes on to describe how similar programs – like the one from the New York City Department of Public Health – have had outstanding results, including doubling the quit rates of heavy smokers.
