Mobile Phone Detection
People can join your mobile campaign in a wide variety of ways: the web, a phone call, imported as a CSV, or from your CRM. It’s possible for invalid mobile phone numbers to get through. The Mobile Commons platform detects if every phone number is a valid mobile number and automatically keep your list clean and up-to-date.
Automatic & Manual Opt-Out
Keeping a clean, trusted and spam-free mobile list is critical to the success of your program. Mobile Commons is a strong supporter of the MMA Best Practices. For example, if a user texts STOP or QUIT, we will automatically remove them from your campaign. Then, we even go a step further: our algorithms detect common phrases such as “please remove me” and will act accordingly. Additionally, you can manually remove people with a bulk import from a single campaign or all of your campaigns at once.
Bulk Import and Export
While we try to give you all the tools you need to run your mobile SMS campaign, we realize that sometimes customers have very specialized tasks. We provide bulk import and export functionality to let you rearrange your lists any way you like. It’s easy to create groups by importing a list of mobile numbers. You can save them as a group in Mobile Commons for specialized, targeted messaging.
